INCLUSIONS : 

- All reservations are for exclusive use of Dunalistair House (up to 8 guests maximum)
- A minimum TWO night stay applies unless indicated (some peak nights minimum 4 nights) 
- A refundable $1000 security bond is required to confirm a booking.
- 50% Deposit required to confirm / 50% Balance due 1 month prior to arrival. 
- All rates include GST
   Unless stated at time of booking, our cancellation policy is : 
- a 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. This is then non-refundable in event of cancellation. 
- 50% balance is due 1 month prior to arrival, after which time this is then non-refundable.
