December 20th - January 3rd 2023 - $2850 per night 

January 4th - April 30th 2023 - $2200 per night 

- Minimum TWO night stay applies unless otherwise stated.  
- A refundable $500 security bond is required to confirm a booking.
- All rates include GST
   Unless stated our cancellation policy is : 
- Cancel 4 weeks to 2 weeks prior to arrival - loss of 1st night fee. 
- Cancel 2 weeks prior to arrival - 100% cancellation fee if unable to rebook.
